For the past 15 years he has served as an instructor and the coach for Brown University Taekwondo Club and was the head coach of the Harvard University Taekwondo Club. Using his Psychology degree from Brown University, he passionately but patiently guides the students to achieve their goals in Taekwondo and in life. His perception and ability to relate what he knows to his students is what sets this school apart from others. He knows how important it is that the body, mind, and spirit are brought into harmony. This is why all of Master Park’s classes incorporate meditation and visualization.

In addition to his more formal martial arts training, he began teaching aerobic kickboxing in 1994, a program he most recently initiated at Park's Champion Taekwodo under Master Sung Park.  Master Kas is infamous for originating the beloved "Crazy Time!" aerobics routine, currently in use at at least three East Coast martial arts centers.  Off the mat, Master Kas is a corporate attorney, husband and father of two (not necessarily in that order.)
